USE: This versatile herb is commonly steeped as tea (1-2 tsp per 8oz water for ~7 minutes), but they can also be burned as incense, used in self-care rituals, or pretty much any other use you can think of. See urbll.com for more.

Please note: Whole flowers include the middle yellow “disk” piece of the flower containing dried stamen. Crushed flowers do not include the middle “disk” part of the flower, and contains only pieces of lotus petals and loose stamen (the small yellow pieces mixed in with the crushed petals). These loose crushed flowers and whole flowers come in a standup holographic bag with a clear front, so you are able to see the beautiful herbs inside
• The CRUSHED+WHOLE option is for one of EACH crushed flower AND whole flower in the size of your choosing.
